The caffeinated creative team at Urban Brew have put together this delicious Iced Coffee recipe with an indulgent white chocolate twist.

WHITE ICED MOCHA RECIPE

1 - 2 Urban Brew coffee pods

1 Little Green Panda straw

2 tbsp white chocolate sauce (home-made recipe below)

Shaved white chocolate

Full cream milk

Ice

Whipped cream

 

METHOD

Mix extracted coffee and white chocolate sauce in a tall glass

Add milk and ice

Top with whipped cream and shaved white chocolate

Stick a Little Green Panda straw in and enjoy!

WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE RECIPE

225g chopped white chocolate

½ cup light cream

2 teaspoons unsalted butter

 

METHOD

Heat the cream in a small pot until it boils and remove from heat

Add butter and chocolate and whisk until smooth

Enjoy!

Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
