How to Dispose
Disposing of The Tree-Free Cup is simple!
- Home Composting: Place it in your green bin, food waste bin, or Kerbside Food and Garden Organics (FOGO) bin.
- No Green Bin? No Problem: If no composting bins are nearby, you can dispose of it in your general waste or recycling bin, knowing it’s made to break down.
Please note: APCO (The Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation) currently advises that coffee cups are not recyclable in Australia due to limited processing infrastructure nationwide. In line with the Australian Packaging Guidelines, we therefore do not claim our cups as recyclable within Australia.
That said, our cups are technically recyclable and can be processed in regions and countries where suitable recycling facilities exist and are equipped to handle paper cups.
